Keto weight-loss doesn't feel real

Yeah, this has been my feeling as well, today is only day 7 for me, but I'm 11.8 pounds down (3.4% of my bodyweight)--most of that is probably water weight but I already feel different. This is the first time I've done keto strictly with specific goals (100 days with only one cheat day for my birthday, 20-30 grams of carbs, no keto substitutes like quest bars or carbquik or that stuff, just real food). Feels great, I took in more calories than I needed a couple of times because I was hungry, but then my appetite took a nose dive on day four or five. I'm sure I'll need a second 100 day challenge after this one, but it's still nice to have some specific timeline in mind.
