The man hold the repsonsible name is T-boy, a fatso. This guy is a terrible employee, Valve tried to take control of the event, but T-boy didn't want to talk with Valve, and only listen to Anderson instead ( Ruru's wife a.k.a LGD boss). But Anderson wasn't there
So it's ridiculous when the host is absence. KeyTV by is own Ruru - Anderson's wife. This company doesn't have the resources to host such a big event as this. They were assigned to host this event simply by good connections and bribery, because they hope that they can use this event to improve the company's CV. And I don't even want to talk about Anderson's terrible history, you can look it up online yourself.
Two big delay yesterday were all their doing. To make it simple it is because they don't know what the hell they were doing, they screwed up the whole thing and therefor effected the whole event. So today Valve fired the whole production crew. Let's wait and see, things will be better.
And more, those KeyTV bastards took all the stuffs with them, making the whole tournament even more delay. Two China team have to wait for 15 mins and their rooms because of this. Finally Valve has to took over the whole host-production. They made a temporary English cast desk to make sure the games are played. If it wasn't for Valve, the whole tournament can get even more delay.
