Yeah, no reason to just shit in someone's beliefs when they're not bothering anyone with them.

I live in the heart of the Bible belt, so being "non-religious" to put it lightly, I definitely have some conflicting views with the people around me. But I don't go ranting and raving claiming how I'm "so smart" while they're "stupid for believing fairytales."

Do I think individuals can find happiness/fulfillment in religion? Absolutely. Do I personally think religion is a net positive for society? Ehhhh, I think there are a lot of flaws with it. But I don't go spouting off to each person who does hold a religious beliefs about "how they must be so dumb for believing in an imaginary man in the sky" blah blah. As long as they aren't using it as a reason/excuse to spread hate (and there are plenty that do), then I respect their right to believe what they want.
