"That kid" is going to be homeschooled...

Oh, I wonder if that was me! I teach Math but I’ve been asked to also homeschool at night after work. I went to their homes 3X a week after work for 3-4 and I had to cover ALL the subjects. Prep sucked but I grew to really care about the girls and their families.

I had two different girls I “homeschooled” for the district. One was recovering from a heart transplant and the other was in remission, but not strong enough to come to school yet. Both families made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there and even offered to assist if I ever needed it. They always invited me to stay for dinner if I wanted and when I declined, they’d send me home with food. I really, really loved those parents.

This dumpster fire of a woman? You could not pay me to put up with ONE on ONE teaching and learning while being observed EVERY SECOND by the family with a woman like that. She is a major candidate for r/ImTheMainCharacter. Her and her kid are NOT special.
