Kid picks fight with an adult protagonist style. Gets side-character'd

It's always alleged because it's impossible to ever be 100% sure of anything

This is false. Richard Spencer is 100% a Nazi. Everyone can be 100% sure of that. It's most certainly not impossible to be 100% sure of anything. Then again, I'm not a big fan of postmodernism.

What you're implying with the rest of your post, is that it's extremely difficult to judge people you don't know. And I agree with that. But the premise "it's always alleged" is simply false. Flat out. It's frequently alleged, but not always. Maybe even most of the time. And again, I'm not advocating for action based on impressions or incomplete info, etc. etc. You seem to have built a straw man here.

where the puncher only observed Spencer from a distance and saw him being interviewed.

The viewer knew who Spencer was. Spencer's views have been made public for a long time. Since his days at Duke.

You're implying that my view is for everyone to exact vigilante justice on anyone they suspect of being a terrible person. That's not the case. I simply said "it's okay to punch Nazis" and my view is that if you know someone (like Spencer) is 100% a Nazi, I'm not going to say "oh no that person shouldn't have been punched" that's all. If you assault someone and get thrown in jail, you earned that. Spencer's attacker received a justified punishment. But I still don't condemn the dude. That's all I'm saying.
