Everyone is saying "oh, they're all pedophiles" and whatnot, but I used to be subscribed because I thought it was hilarious. She has a pretty big following in "stan" Twitter culture, which latches on to anything that has attitude and can deliver it in unconventional, usually funny ways (see also Skai Jackson).

I like to be optimistic and believe the majority of her subscribers are part of this and are not pedophiles, but I definitely see now how creepy it all can be, and there probably are a couple of weirdos who follow her for that. Her parents shouldn't have let her do this, especially with the creeps. On the internet, now that I'm thinking about it, though.
