The Killers don’t use session musicians though. They bring in people they know or are friends with and build an album with them. It’s exactly how it worked for everything from Sam’s Town through to the present. They have already said they don’t want to replace Dave so why would they by promoting Ted? It’s just a name, as well. And what you don’t seem to understand is that Ted and several other guitarists (for WW it was a few from Brandon’s band) are always present in the studio. Hell, even Ronnie contributes to guitar parts. I just don’t see the point in changing anything. No need to be so aggressive and condescending because someone disagrees with your opinion.
