There is no SKU and this is misleading. They are advertising one thing and selling you another. I don't care how many of you know that this is Microsoft's fault for forcing Gamestop to do it this way. OP did not click on a link to purchase Microsoft Points. He clicked the link which says "Battlefield 4 Premium Edition Digital Download".
Period.
Take those print outs and your receipt to a branch of your bank in person. They will most likely take care of you.
