Kohler concealed trapway problems?

Ya. How bout instead of me doing your job for you I just never purchase your product again. Seem fair? Its pretty consistent Kohler. I called tech support a couple days ago re a jet tub heater they were sending. Some of the peripheral parts had showed up without the heater. Called to confirm the heater was still coming. All good. On its way. Due to my experience with their parts not, well, fitting/working, I checked the parts that had arrived. 2 heater adapters and matching o-rings. Pleasantly surprised that the package contained oring this time instead of the flange gaskets that's showed up last time. (That time tech support informed me that o-ring, gasket and washer were all interchangeable terms). O-rings to fit in the heater adaptors, oh wait, o-rings don't fit. Much too big. Sigh. Call back tech support. Confirm the o-rings were suppose to match the adaptors they came with. Yes. They should match. OK. They don't. Why. "I don't know sir, the part numbers match. They should fit" they don't. "I don't see the problem sir. Do you not have 2 working heater adapters on the existing unit?" Yes. "What's the problem then. You probably won't need to replace the adapters. " the parts you sent don't match. Do you not care why? "The part numbers are correct. If you get to site and the o-rings don't fit, call us and we will send some" you will send me some of the same ones I have now that don't fit? "Yes. They are the correct part number" Ok. Thank you. Once in a while I get to talk to someone there who doesn't treat me like an idiot and is intrested in helping. I can't even remember the number of times tech support has said to me,as I am reporting my finding, on a call they sent me to troubleshoot, " Sir. Our product can't do that. " well I just witnessed it and it's the reason you sent me. "It must have been user or installation error" Ok. Your $15,000 tub flooded a million dollar apartment and I just saw it do what you claim it can't. "We are sending a new controller, sensors, door seals, side valve and power supply." I will give Kohler one thing. They cough up for warrantee parts and labor but that cost is built into the price. No toilet is worth $5000 unless the price of replacing the number of parts I do regularly is built in. Tl;dr. Toto for toilets!
