I live around here. Kind of in the middle. Near Toritsu Daigaku there is nothing interesting. But it's real close to places like Shibuya and Naka Meguro. A few cafes and places to eat. A really good cheap sushi place though.

On the other side of the park near komazawa daigaku is a lot better. A lot more places to eat.

The park itself is awesome. In the day, I train muay Thai with my friends and at night it's perfect for running.

I pay about 110,000 for a 2k split with my gf, but most people I talk to say they are paying about 150,000 for the same size. It's a good place to live if you like quiet neighborhoods and nice parks, and you can easily head to the Shibuya or Roppongi like 15-20 minutes away.
