Kraken is literally the worst trading platform I have ever had to deal with.

When you need it the most the whole platform freezes, timeouts when opening/closing positions, website responsiveness and reliability are worst than in 2000's. They even declined to add new servers and balance server load. Can you imagine that? Market that is dealing with peoples money, thousands, hundreds of thousands of dollars refuses to upgrade their unresponsive system. It feels like they are running entire market on fuc*ing raspberry pi.

I've had my orders turned down probably more than 50 times in a single week. Either fucing timeout appears due to raspberry pi like servers, or they don't have fucing coins to borrow.

Here is official response from Kraken due to unresponsive servers. "We are currently seeing all-time record traffic and performance may not return to normal until the load goes down.". Basically we, consumers, should wait for the traffic to go down rather than them upgrading fu*king server infrastructure?

Their leverage is complete joke. You can't borrow 15 ETH on margin because they don't have it. I placed probably like 30 orders in 20 mins and all of them were closed by the system because they don't have coins.

Kraken's iPhone app is an example of worst designed and most useless app one could possibly imagine. I won't even go into the details, just check it out for yourself.

I would rate Kraken as 1/10 market. One of the worst you will ever find. They could not care less about traders but you can bet they never forget to charge u fees. Given the amount of money I had lost due to their unresponsive system they should be paying fees to me rather than charging me a fortune for every single trade.
