Server Rules

Our goal at Spinalcraft is to maintain a fun environment where people can talk and play at their leisure, without worrying about constricting rules or authoritative mods. There is no age restriction to join, and there is no foul language restriction on the server or the subreddit. However, we encourage everyone to be mature when interacting with other players on the server; especially when there are disagreements. If we feel someone is being very disruptive, we may mute or kick them to alleviate the situation.

For the purpose of order and open communication, we ask everyone to use English when talking in main chat. If you would like to communicate in another language, please keep it in private messages.

Below is the official rule set (subject to change):

1. Don't grief or steal, even if it seems harmless or minimal. This is common sense. You know what you're doing, we'll find out, and we'll ban you for it. If it was an accident, notify a mod immediately.

bold(2. Don't use modded or hacked clients to gain an advantage (for example, X-ray or Fly). This is also a bannable offense.)

1. Don't build within 50 blocks of other players unless they are OK with it.

2. This is an English-speaking server, so please only use English in the main chat. We love the cultural diversity we have on Spinalcraft, but for the sake of open communication, we all need to use the same language (this rule doesn't apply to private messages).

3. Don't spam in chat. This includes sending the same message over and over, and "splitting sentences" - "into" - "short segments".

4. Don't harass other players. Don't "ruffle feathers" in chat just for the sake of it. Also, if someone asks you not to reveal spoilers about a popular movie/TV show/whatever, be respectful of their request.

5. Don't use offensive language in chat. Cursing is fine, but don't be racist, homophobic, etc.

6. If you have a dispute with another player, contain it to private messages. Nobody else needs to hear it.
