Things to note from the Sparks transparent response is that as part of the deal to sign Krystal, they offered to bring his girlfriend to the USA, which was one of the reason he signed

Am I stupid or is this not mentioned anywhere in Hangzhou's response? I checked both(1) translations(2) and the only thing that was mentioned about the girlfriend is:

1: Beijing time 21st Jan 2019, Spark left China for America. Krystal, without warning, at noon called the team, needing help for a visa for his girlfriend, mentioning that he could not go with the team together to America. After the team rejected this unreasonable request, he 'faked' going with the team to America.

2: On the 21st of January (Beijing time), the team are leaving for the US. Without any prior communication, Krystal suddenly contacted the team at noon, saying he needs to deal with his girlfriend’s paperwork to the US, and cannot go with the team. After the request was rejected by the team, he “followed” the team to the US.
