Why is Ku only available in physical copies?

I'm going to be slightly dismissive of your post here.

These sorts of replies always read as very self-interested. "Let's make in any situation where facts are not known to me the assumption that leads me to the conclusion I want".

Summarising your post - piracy can't be a big problem compared to ebook sales - physical piracy is also a problem

Well, maybe digital piracy is a bigger problem than physical piracy, for self-printed books, and maybe the sales don't make up for it? Maybe the author of this book already has some information about how much the TP community likes to kama jo lon esun vs kama jo pi mani ala based on previous publications?

(There are also accessibility-based requests for digital editions, which is a separate matter).
