I would like to say thank you to everyone I wasn't sure I even stood a chance. Based on what his lawyer's office was telling me. Don't forget his lawyer is his brother-in-law. but their office told me they were going to file a motion because the kids were in danger due to me having a sex offender as a neighbor I am poor I cannot help the area I live in. and he is going to pay the children to say that I let them rip and run the streets when they're here which is just simply not true.I like my children have told me that he has threatened them if they don't say that and tell the judge they don't want to see me. someone told me that I needed my children to have a guardian ad litem so they can be questioned without either parent present.
