Lab cultured 'steaks' grown on an artificial gelatin scaffold - Ethical meat eating could soon go beyond burgers.

There is nothing unethical about the beef that I produce myself for my own consumption and enjoyment. As I said, I will eat beef until the day I die.

Besides, you are just talking nonsense. There are few if any artificial food products that surpass the real thing with respect to desirable food characteristics or demand. The small variations and imperfections in food is a big part of what makes it desirable and enjoyable. Why do you think we have this huge movement to artisanal and small-batch food products?

More to the point, I don't really have to justify anything about my food consumption choices to you or anyone else. As I said, I will eat and produce beef until the day I die. I actually welcome these artificial alternative entering the market, they just allow me to increase the prices on my products as a "luxury item." Just like every other authentic food on the market compared to its artificial alternative.
