Vsync off is a glitch because it makes the game load faster

Not only are they timing by including load times on a PC game, but then they disqualify runs that load too fast? Tha fuck
So a vsync on run needs to be submitted as a vsync off run because that category has a better WR and you don't want to lose yours
How about fix this retarded mess of house rules and then there wouldn't have been an issue to begin with. I think the whole "submit your vsync on run as a vsync off run" thing shows that the moderator's sole concern in inventing these retarded rules is to keep their WR -- a problem that occurs so often on speedrun.com that they should have figured out a protocol to prevent it by now.
