The labor of dealing with TIMs at events like PAX

Every year I go to the event that is the number one convention worldwide for my field. It’s a super male dominated field. Grotesquely and unfairly male dominated. I can honestly say that I’ve never noticed a TIM (or noticeable TIF) at any one of our events. We are geographically close to a TRA dominated city too. I’ve never thought about that until now. I think it must be because my field entails hard manual labor, which TIMs do not do, lmao. Actual women just barely make it in the industry, because males refuse to do business with us. Sadly but bitterly I can say that the males in this industry would most likely would laugh at a TIM or try and take advantage of him if he tried to hack it in the industry. If you want to make money then you would not be a TIM and just cross dress at night or something. Which I would call forced conformity, not “conversion therapy.” No one I know in the field would cater to pronouns either, no one has time for that when there is endless work to do. I feel so bad for everyone out there that lives in today’s “normal” societies. Y’all have gone batshit out there
