Ladies - how do you pick yourself up and dust yourself off, get back on the saddle and push forward?

if you have the energy, drag yourself out for a run. sleep early before the bad thoughts can kick in, and wake up early for a new start. looking my best often helps me feel a bit better even tho i feel like shit, so i still proceed w my full skincare routine (maybe throw in a mask), wear nice clothes and makeup in the morning. spend some time sitting where there's sun, either to study, or to meditate or take some time alone for yourself. eat some hot food even when you don't have an appetite, i find that it warms me up inside instantly. write in a journal.

when you're having a full-out mental breakdown, go see a therapist or counsellor. there's something about crying it out and fully sharing your emotions completely w a stranger without judgment that really, really helps to calm me down.

also always have faith that things will get better!! life is a sine curve, w ups and downs. currently going on a down, but soon enough you'll see the light!! sending love <3
