Ladies, tell me your dating mishaps! I'm on a disaster date right now.

It wasn't that actual date so much as the immediate post date behavior:

In 2005, I had been on a few dates with a guy. He made it clear from the beginning he was seeing other people... which was fine with me, as I was too.

I won concert tickets on the radio, and my best friend had planned to go with me, but couldn't get out of work, so I called dudebro and asked him if he wanted to go with me instead. It was a 5 hour drive and I had planned on staying in a hotel after the concert, so that was fine with me. He agreed to come, but said he couldn't afford to help out with gas/hotel/food. Since I sprung it on him literally the day before the concert, I wasn't really expecting him to.

Went to the concert, had a nice time. Stayed in the hotel. Before you ask -- yeah, we had sex. We'd been on several dates, got along well, were attracted to one another.

So, check out time rolls around, and we leave. He acts all sweet and lovey dovey, holding my hand, offering to take me to breakfast, blah blah.

About 2 hours into the 5 hour drive he got really quiet. Stopped talking completely, and would only respond to me with 1 or 2 word answers.

Hour three, he finally says "I don't ever wanna see you again. I just wanna make that clear. Thanks for the trip."

If I were a bigger asshole I would have just kicked him out of the car right then. To this day, I have no idea what happened. I don't know if I said something that offended him (Unlikely, as we were mostly talking about movies on the ride home), or if he's just a tw@t (much more likely).

I think perhaps another girl he liked better had probably texted him or something, but after about a week, I didn't care enough to think about it any more.
