Lads, what are some negative thought patterns you've got into and how'd you get out of them(if you have)?

Sure, if it gives you emotional discharge. I've always found that when I'm kinda angry and listen to my favorite songs the negative emotions go away pretty fast and it creates room for actual thinking. The key really is to set yourself a goal in life as detailed as possible and work towards that. And do something that is important and meaningful to you, just something you're really interested in. A hobby basically, and maybe you can develop that and make your hobby to your job. Like starting from a simple hobby-photographer to becoming hollywood movie producer.

I once talked to a psychologist and read some philosophy and that stuff with the goal setting really is what keeps people alive. Really, make something of yourself.
