Isn't that like...the first thing to ask about when babysitting?

All we know is her name because she was able to tell us. She looks to be about 2 and 1/2 years old and does not know her parent's names or phone numbers.

Okay...seriously, if you're can't even contact the parents, you're not even babysitting at this point. It doesn't matter what language was spoken, either. It's just a name and number...the most basic info that can be exchanged in any language.

I guess all you can really do is call CPS and tell your mom never to do this shit again.
