Lamenting on things

For workouts, try the Nike Training Camp app - it is seriously great. I’m not sure why more people don’t talk about it. You can select workouts based off of your level, how much equipment you have (or don’t have) and the muscles you want to work. Then you literally just follow along with the animation on screen.

In terms of preventing overeating, I would recommend drinking tea/coffee/diet sodas/low calorie hot chocolate instead. If you are not hungry but get a craving or feel like boredom eating, make yourself a drink! I personally love chai with a little milk and some zero calorie syrup so it’s like 40 calories. I feel like hot drinks last longer so are a little more satisfying.
