I'm unethical but theyre trying to kick me out because it works in their favor. They've turned the heat down on me in the spring twice. They ask me not to flush the toilet to save money. Im pretty sure that they've been planning on selling it when they took on a tenant but I'm the one whose unethical and milking it???? They lied to my face and said that its in my benefit to sign an N11 but I'm unethical. I would have no problem being nice and asking for moving costs and one month rent if they were reasonable to begin with. They have not been reasonable the whole time I've been here and I've accepted their "quirks". As soon as you lie to someone and aren't being fair to them don't expect the same from them back.
