Landmark Danish study finds no significant effect for facemask wearers

We've always known this. Facemasks are mostly about making people "feel" safe.

People linking droplet studies as undeniable "proof" that facemasks should be enforced with an iron fist. Droplet studies are conducted in a controlled environment. Don't factor in most people don't use a mask properly. Don't replace the mask after every use. Don't wash their hands before and after each use. Touch their face/mask whilst adjusting it. Then touching surfaces after.

Any benefit they provide is miniscule. And definitely shouldn't be a forced or fining people for it. But there's just so many zealots out there who love to defend bonkers Government policy.
