You are 100% fucked. Back when I knew them they employed 14 people. 11 of them were graduate interns who got paid 1/2 minimum UK minimum wage in the heart of London for 6 months. They then got put on £14k for 3 months before the sales team, curiously the founder's family and also the only people getting paid properly, missed their sales targets and she fired all of the 11 former interns. One of the thing she said to get them to work was they'd get so much exposure from publishing articles on her website. Before she'd give any of them their last paycheque she tried to bully them into letting her remove their names off the articles for some reason.
