That guy got knocked out cold and the officer in charge on scene tried to prop his head up and keep you from seeing the damage from the sucker punch. They all conspired you can se the side glances at the camera, trying not to be conspicuous. Too late mother fuckers, this shit was way too obvious. Cop punches perp while he’s detained and knocked him out, cop holds perp face away from camera while instructing another to get a spit bag to cover his face. Other cop holds up the guys head wiggle they slip spit bag over him. Once they let go you see his head bobble around like mad. All of the fuckers on scene need to be disciplined in some manner.
