Also I want to point out that this policy is nothing but a cheap trick to win over "young voters". The scheme only applies to either singles earning $125k or couples earning $200k annually that are ALSO first home buyers... So this pretty much disregards middle class earners, older workers or anyone just getting into the work force. What a disgusting policy that helps literally zero young people unless they're unrealistically rich. I don't understand why they simply couldn't apply this scheme to actual first home buyers with realistic young wages. It's the most pathetic policy I've seen. Don't fall for their attempted tricks, this scheme will not help anyone.
