but these game developers are getting death threats, etc, due to "fans" mixing up their feelings and their thoughts. which is obviously very troubling. for me it seems like a very short distance between a gamer developing a sense of grievance and entitlement and choosing to obtain justice for their grievance via criminal behaviour.

So you are slippery-sloping my take on a videogame and further observations of the development of said videogame, and insinuate via tenuous connections to mad folk that my behaviour will indubitably end up making death threats, and as such I should just stop having an opinion that is adverse to yours?
