And please don't yolo it on earnings. I made the same mistakes you've made, and I also made 40% on a sony earnings yolo. Lost more than 80% of my total cash after that trying to yolo other earnings. Just dont do it man, I regret it so much.

Use small position sizes (20% or less) and buy calls on oversold levels, and puts on overbought levels. Use stop loss (very very important). You will consistently outperform the market by a wide margin using this method, if you are disciplined and non-emotional. Don't make autistic plays for the karma.
