I don’t understand how everyone is so shallow to think people hated it just because there’s a trans. The reason everyone hated it is because it felt forced onto us. They give a few hours on their backstory of changing genders and their mom disowning them. It gives the feeling of where did this even come from. Then it makes you ask yourself, wasn’t this a game about Joel, Ellie, and zombies? People love Joel and Ellie from the first game, so getting forced hours of some new character being trans is why people hate it. They don’t have to be trans for people to hate it but people just assume that’s the reason. If they weren’t trans, I guarantee you everyone would still hate those characters.
