Just because they're not exactly the same, doesn't mean they're not playing the same game. The rules and playground are just different.

Sure, Hitler was much more violent and forthcoming with his intentions, but you can't tell me Trump isn't pushing the wall as vital to America's economy and long term health to his fans. Just because the Autobahn was actually useful doesn't mean the wall isn't seen in the same light by those less intelligent. (I'm generalising, but I would believe the average German far outstrips the average Trump supporter.

There's definite comparisons. Trump is entirely restricted by a system of hundreds of years put together carefully to prevent what he wants, where Hitler thrived in an environment of hatred and violence.

I firmly believe that by his speeches, his actions and his intentions that Trump, given the power vacuum Hitler operated in would do the same, or worse.

That isn't to say Trump IS a mass murderer. But I reckon he would be, given the chance.
