Did you even read your own source? From your OWN SOURCE it says he will make the tax rate for anyone earning under $25,000 and for any married or joint couple earning under $50,000 be ZERO PERCENT.
For those individuals earning under 54,000, it will be cut from 25% to 10%, DRASTICALLY a bigger cut than the top end. The cut for those people will be 60% of the current rates, way bellow the 36% cut for the very highest bracket.
