Late or Missing Results

Everyone needs to be a little more understanding. I actually worked in a covid testing unit over the summer and there is a lot that goes into it. First, the lab does not WANT to reject your samples. They have to. If your saliva is not clear or you ate before and there are particles or it is too full, the validity of your sample is in question and it is their duty to not run a questionable sample and get questionable results. Do better on collection, everyone, and your samples won’t be rejected. It’s simple. Also, yes, with all the new students coming onto campus, there is a ginormous influx of samples. I’m sure the lab was just not ready but they will be soon. I’ve tested multiple times, my sample has never been rejected. Give it some time.
