WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for relief and judgment, as follows:

A. For an order declaring that the transactions described herein constitute short swing

trading under applicable laws and rules;

B. For judgment against Defendants in favor of the nominal defendant in the amount

of any short swing profits;

C. Awarding Plaintiff her reasonable costs and expenses incurred in this action,

including counsel fees and expert fees; and

D. Such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.

This is her suit against RC, and I don't understand what this petition is even doing in here if she isn't bringing suit against bbby - the Debtor.
