The issue people have is the church acting like these things don't happen or that they go out of their way to help the victims; neither is true.

The only thing the Mormon faith cares about is their own image, they're not Christ like.

I was physically assaulted by the Senior companion on my mission and wanted to file a police report. Not only was I talked out of that, I was blamed for what happened; as if it was my fault the senior companion 3 weeks into my mission decided to sucker punch me in the face.

The Mission President said: "The truth could hurt the missionary effort in the area for years to come." And than he instructed me to lie about it.

They also left me with that companion for 3 more weeks. Turns out he had ADHD - not my problem.
