Law of completion - how do I make a horizontal scroller that uses this theory?

Thanks guys going to try out what has been mentioned here.

To address the point of it looking bad, I feel this is why it needs to be consistent and designed to imply there is some extra content without using other visual icons like chevrons. I thing if you have an opportunity of making the user understand how to use a component without adding extra helper icons to add screen clutter, your making a more intuitive design. This is hard for a lot of things but Using this law of completion method is a good way to approach lists in most cases (definitely not all).

This particular component is made to show 4 items then a half item on screen at a time, this was determined through tweaking design and determining what would look best. The problem is the total items in the list come to about 15 (I know this is bad because the items at the end might hardly get visibility but it’s something that has been made clear and testing will determine next steps)
