The title of this article is wrong. "turn a blind eye to dozens of red flags" assumes they simply didn't act in the face of an attack. That's not correct. They did act. They facilitated the attack. Leadership in DC, police and the Pentagon actively participated in making the situation worse by preventing the natural response like increasing police support + riot control, reserve forces, etc.

We are not done investigating this until we've unmasked the conspirators at highest levels.
