Why is the laws of physics are just so perfectly oriented that life can exist?

This is called the cosmological argument, if you didn't know. And it has been refuted very effectively (in my opinion) many many times. For a good answer, if that is truly what you are searching for. Check out this video, https://youtu.be/WHtxnIkzros

Its probably a better answer than I or other people could give you. I would love to hear your thoughts about it if you do check it out.

If you want to hear my shittier explanation here ya go!

1) Because life evolved to fit the conditions of the earth, not the other way around. And the laws of physics are not at all fine tuned for life, because 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999% of the universe would kill us.

To answer all your other questions. We dont know "why" they are the way they are. You could always ask why. But there are plenty of hypotheses that could answer the question. What I have heard include: perhaps the laws of physics are the only way they could be, perhaps. Or there are an infinite number of universe, and we just happen to find ourselves in this one.
