Sometimes I take my littles to the library or play areas cause it keeps my home cleaner that day.

Also you can have a rotation. Today living room, tomorrow kitchen etc. it doesn’t haven’t to get all cleaned at once. And sometimes there almost seems like no point but if you don’t clean it it does get kinda crazy. And for me, a dirty home makes me even more motivated to do anything. I’m usually on the thread hold of really dirty and clean. So if I have friends over it takes me 2-3 hours to clean. But if I don’t clean for a day or two our house looks like it got robbed.

Play dates and going out seems like you’re even doing less for the house but for me it helps me recharge by having a real conversation with friends or… retail therapy. I would have more energy to upkeep the house after that.

Also for your phone I would set the usage time thing. It really puts it into perspective.
