LCBO will run 150 standalone marijuana stores when weed is legalized

Also, the dispensaries I've been too in Toronto, have for the most part been run by unprofessional stoned out hipsters.

According to who? You? Those "unprofessional stoned out hipsters" are regular people trying to take a slice of a pie and make a living off a crop that is grown naturally like corn or anything else. The fact that it makes you feel good is just a good excuse for big government to take the whole pie for themselves. Yes, there are health concerns, but none of them are detrimental to society, unlike alcohol. If I want to kill my own brain cells that's my own business, and yes, I don't need a nanny state telling me what's good or bad for my own body.

I want all profits going back to the government, not some guy early to the entrepreneur marijuana bandwagon, who probably has illegal sources for their current marijuana inventory.

The source is illegal because the government makes it that way. There is nothing immoral about producing cannabis and selling it to consenting adults. The law doesn't always have the moral high ground.
