Leader of China, Xi Jinping, has instructed the government to establish closer economic relations with the Russian Federation, which may indicate that Beijing has finally decided to side with the Russian Federation.

They already are experiencing glory, they used more concrete in 3 years than U.S. used in 100 years. They built more skyscrapers in one city than U.S. has in all of their cities. They produce 50% of the world's steel.

There are a TON of empty buildings and instant ghost towns in China; I was in Beijing in 2012 and up in the northwest corner of the city kinda near the Birds Nest (where my multinational had our office), there were numerous empty giant office buildings, with more construction underway. My understanding is that that overbuild has only accelerated over the last 10 years.

China has more billionaires than U.S. has.

Not sure this is a metric of prosperity I would select.
