Leading #MeToo sexual harassment campaigner accused of groping man

Over 1/3 of American young adults think it's "always/usually" sexual harassment if a man who not a woman's romantic partner compliments her looks

This popped up on /r/dating the other day. A guy was giving an example of how a 'compliment' could now be taken the wrong way. His example:

Mandy your outfit looks great, looking like a killer no doubt you are closing some big sales today

I honestly feel like this actually would constitute harassment. You're not just saying "I like your outfit", you're saying "I like your outfit, I bet you're using that to your advantage". The former is a compliment, the second is inferring that she's using her sexuality as an advantage.
