I hate the Habs because they are the Habs. I also lived on the Vermont border and had to deal with a lot of French Canadians and IME they're fucking assholes. Fuck the Habs and fuck Montreal. I would take crushing the Habs in a humiliating fashion in 4 at the beginning of every playoffs over the SC TBH.

On the other hand I like the Leafs as a team but hate the fans. I started to watch a ton of Leafs games since one of my gaming buddies is from Canada and watches them. I watch his Leafs, he watches my Bruins. We both come out as winners getting to watch a lot more hockey, to some disdain of my girlfriend. They're putting together a good roster of young guys, such a shame their online fan base is a bunch of fucking goons.
