Yeah, I’m pretty surprised people still love him despite the fact that he was buying counterfeit batteries and lying to his customers saying they were real.

Apple didn’t even have anything to do with his batteries getting seized, seizing counterfeit goods is just something the US government does on their own. He was having the factory cross out the Apple logos to make them not counterfeit goods and it was all good, but one time the factory forgot to do it so the government seized them for being counterfeit.

Yeah, I agree Apple should let small repair shops work on their devices (more than they do now with their repair shop program) since Apple only does swaps and that’s a fast but often very expensive way to repair things, and replacing individual parts could save people a lot of money.
