Nowhere does it say you get to own ammo in mass. Nowhere does it say you get to own more than one gun. Nowhere does it say that advancing technology in firearms should be ignored completely, regardless of how many people just one gun can kill in a few seconds. Nowhere does it say you get rights to lethal firearms.

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Militia only, during wartime to protect the area have the right to keep arms and use them. You as a normal Caveman walking to Walmart do not have the right to conceal carry in this Amendment. Local state legislation made that legal. Some states ban it. Other's allow it. Most of them are southern states because that is where Gun Culture flourishes.
