It should matter, if I spent my time and money on this game and Riot is targeting me, and they are targeting me and everyone else like me for our Internet disabilities, then Riot is liable for that discrimination, since we are not the intentional targets of the punishments they are giving out. If they could prove intent to leave and punish people for this, then that is what they should do, but using this current system doesn't do that. I discriminates against people who are not intentionally disconnecting and puts them in the same category as afker's who intend to leave the game.

So yes I am being targeted due to the region I reside in. I am the victim of Riot's decisions and am being punished for actions outside of my control. If Riot wants to discriminate against people in my situation, then fine, Riot refund every cent I spent on this game and pay me for the time that I wasted getting good at this game that I could have spent on another game.

This is a barrier that says you can't play our game because of circumstances beyond your control, it is textbook discrimination.
