Leavin' on that midnight train to Georgia ... because a Bay Area house is simply out of reach

Ugh... We need a solution to homeless people all across the country. Many people travel to California just because it's alright weather year-round and there's already a big homeless community there. Check the homeless or vagabond subreddits. And I personally don't like SF because it's too many homeless people but that's not a liberal thing. Everywhere that does well economically has a high cost of living which creates scarcity of resources like housing, see Singapore, NYC, Sydney, London, etc. Sounds like you hate big cities, not liberal ones. And I'm okay with that. To me, the higher quality of things to do and better transit infrastructure is worth the higher prices.

Chicago has crime in certain neighbourhoods due to segregated neighbourhoods... Same as Atlanta. That doesn't reflect the city as a whole, it's a problem of increased wealth in city centers moving out less educated people. What do you mean I don't want to talk about politically correct topics? Sorry, I don't follow.

Liberals are moving to and leaving cities because of economics... I agree many are leaving for high real estate and cost of living but that's because it's a supply and demand equation. The only fix is to build more affordable housing and that's difficult in areas already densely populated. However, for every person priced away from living in one of these great cities, there's two people ready to swoop in and live there so that drives up prices.

That's just the way things are. It's not a liberals vs conservatives thing. It's economics.
