Leaving a career to be a stay-at-home mom?

Just going to throw it out there if you go the Nanny route. I finished my Bachelor of Science in Business Management last year through Western Governor's University. It is distance learning, completely online and tuition is $3100 flat rate every six months, textbooks included. You can take as many classes as you can possibly handle in six months. I finished my Bachelor's in three terms of study, I qualified for a Pell Grant for one term, I graduated with $8070 in student loan debt. In my job market, for management, the degree is key. It's just a box on an HR hiring checklist, but if you don't have that box checked, someone else is getting that job. I didn't feel comfortable taking off with just my Associates, I feel more comfortable with the gap in my resume with the BS under my belt. I am only planning on 2 years out of the workforce, getting back into it in my 30s. My husband does have to support me by making my $83/mo student loan payment for 2 years until I can put the hustle on paying it off myself.
