Federal government is a complete trash now. There is nepotism, cronyism, prejudice, racial inequality. I filed a complaint with EEO as soon as I found out the reason I was being discriminated for employment for the past 6 years within the 45 days. They sent me a letter, that my case is being dismissed due to happening 6 years ago. How could I know what exactly was happening 6 years ago, when I wasn't even an employee at time. The filed a complaint with OSC, after several days of filing there is not evidence. Then site I am filing a whistleblower complaint, which is not what I did at all. They said I have to go to the mspb, and mspb is telling me I have to go through OSC. Its funny how agency talk about during the training that we have must have accountability and integrity. I splelt during the training, because its all bullshit.
